- Solicitation for End Item: SPEED BRAKE,AIRCRAF, NSN 1560-01-045-6834, PR 80377983, P/N 16M204-802.There are two approved sources: CAGE 81755 and CAGE 1XKR3 - P/N 16M204-802. This is an unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 13 each. NAICS 336413. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Higher Level Quality System Required. This is a Critical Application Item. Delivery Schedule: 701 days ADO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available via cFolders. The request is for a written proposal. Please submit offers to the buyer. ELECTRONIC OFFERS AREACCEPTABLE. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 11/12/2019. The solicitation close date will be on or about 12/13/2019. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000.00 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000.00 Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in system for award management (SAM).
