Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis/solicitation N61340-20-R-0023 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-5. This procurement is being solicited on a Sole Source basis with an associated NAICS code of 561920 and a size standard of $12,000,000.00. This RFQ sets forth the requirement for drayage, equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material for the InterService/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) held 2 December through 6 December 2019 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). Brede/Allied Convention Services Division is the exclusive source to National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) for providing drayage, equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rentals at Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) for I/ITSEC 2019. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order to Brede/Allied Convention Services Division in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated award date is NLT 1 November 2019. This work will be provided for all associated Government booths (249, 329, 339, 1433, 1439, 1533, 1539, 2372). The services shall be provided from 18 November 2019 through 6 December 2019. The work includes installation and removal of the equipment, carpet, exhibit structures and material rental for Government exhibits. Drayage service shall be provided for government equipment that is shipped directly from its origin to the OCCC and for government equipment that is loaded onto semi-trailers rented from the vendor. The semi-trailer shall be dropped off by the vendor at the designated locations identified below. The government will load the trailers with the government equipment. The vendor shall pick up the trailers and deliver them to the OCCC on the designated dates. The following is the schedule for delivery and pickup for the rented semi-trailers. There is some flexibility for some of these dates. Changes to the below dates can be coordinated by and agreed to by the vendor and the Government.
