Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS, intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for the procurement of a multiple physical site license from 1 January 2020 through 31 DEC 2019. The ASCE electronic titles are the following: ASCE Journals Collection Online ASCE Proceedings Collection Online ASCE eBook yearly add ons ASCE Standard yearly add ons ASCE provides a source for research material which cannot be obtained from any other publisher. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document will be posted for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice may submit technical data, including price, with sufficient documentation to establish capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to or not to initiate a competitive solicitation based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
