Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for a Sterrad Sterilizer Full Service Contract to Advanced Sterilization Products Services Inc., 33 Technology Dr, Irvine, CA 92618 in accordance with FAR 13.106-1. This acquisition is for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss St, Saginaw, MI 48602. The Government intends to award the contract on or about November 1, 2019 to Advanced Sterilization Products Services Inc., 33 Technology Dr, Irvine, CA 92618. DUNS: 947451626. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for quote and no solicitation shall be made available. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) Contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government shall not pay for any costs incurred by responses to this notice.
