- Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. VHA Reginal Procurement Office (RPO) 2 is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing Patient Gowns. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 339112. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax) and must be received no later than November 4, 2019 @ 3PM EST. Email: LATEISHA.ROBINSON@VA.GOV and Fax: 718-741-4722. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, a capability statement, examples of same or similar work performed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time will not be considered for this procurement. Please review the attached Statement of Work attached herein. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 339112. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Iv tele Gown Angle Back any color no sees through gowns sweep 67 Qty is 200 Dozen Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The overall purpose is to replenish inventory levels and to be distributed to the hospital wards that require patient gowns. The Quality assurance Team will inspect the patient gowns to ensure it meets the specifications outlined in the (SOW) if the sample do not meets the specifications the vendor will be notified and we will not accept delivery and the vendor will be responsible for the cost of return of merchandise back to them. SPECIFICATIONS: Performance Period: The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 30 calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the contracting officer. If the contractor proposes an earlier completion date, and the government accepts the contractor s proposed completion date shall prevail. The work for the sheets shall begin within 30 calendar days of award, unless otherwise specified. Work at the Government site shall not take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the CO.
