Description

SCOOP Power Module Framework Assembly_Solicitation Documents This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for SCOOP Power Module Framework assemblies for the National Data Buoy Center located at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. Please follow the Offeror Instructions in the solicitation document. The NAICS code for this action is 332312 and is set aside 100 percent for small business. Th government intends to procure supplies using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711. Quotes will not be accepted and an award will not be made to any contractor that is not registered in SAM.
