Description
Draft PWS RFI Letter The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Materiel Readiness/Corrosion Policy and Oversight (MR/CPO) is seeking input from vendors (both large and small) to support the CPO with education and training services. This is not a solicitation announcement. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) to the ultimate acquisition approach. No contract will be awarded from this announcement and requests for solicitation will not receive a response. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary. These exchanges are in support of market research being conducted by WHS/AD to determine if there are business in the market that provide this service and the adequacy of the PWS. This includes its clarification of contract requirements, completeness of the PWS, examination of performance metric for realism, and contract type. Specifically, WHS/AD would like information and comments on the following: 1. A brief two or three page synopsis of similar work performed in the past supplying training for DoD programs. In addition, the respondent shall address its experience supplying training and have the requisite qualifications of the PWS. Further, be sure to provide the dollar's value of the experience(s) provided. 2. The adequacy of the information in the PWS and RFI. 3. Validation of applicable NAICS Code for this requirement (611430 - Professional and Management Development Training.) 4. Industry partners with whom you could team to meet the requirement. 5. Your interest in bidding on the requirement. 6. If there are any other questions or comments, please submit them along with your response. If there are any questions regarding this notice, they should be directed to Mr. Eric U. Darby and Mr. Pierre A. Narcisse at eric.u.darby.civ@mail.mil and pierre.a.narcisse.civ@mail.mil. All responses to this RFI shall be submitted no later than 1:00 P.M. eastern time, Thursday, November 7, 2019. Please limit your response to no more than five (5) pages (excluding questions), using Time New Roman 12 pt. font or equivalent. WHS/AD may have one-on-one sessions (telephonically) with respondents after feedback has been received.
