- The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is intending to procure B-2 Engineering Service for Flight Control Computer Obsolescence Analysis of line items cited below for a CPFF Definite Contract. This is a sole source service effort. •1. Estimated issue date and estimated closing/response date issued 13 November 2019, Closes 14 December 2019. •2. RFP# - FA8117-19-R-0016 •3. PR# - FD2030-19-01210 •4. Nomenclature/Noun - Flight Control Computer (FCC) Obsolescence Analysis Engineering Services 5. NSN - 6610-01-372-5196 6. PN - 103E4050G2 7. Application (Engine or Aircraft) - B-2 8. AMC - R4R-acquire, for the first time, directly from the actual manufacturer. The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to contract service from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data.
