Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:La Porte Delineated Area:Northern Boundary: From the intersection of Texas 8 Beltway and I-10, travel east on I-10, continue southeast on TX 330, to the intersection of TX 330 and TX 146. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of TX 330 and TX 146, travel south on TX 146 to the intersection of TX 146 and W. Fairmont Pkwy. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of TX 146 and W. Fairmont Pkwy, travel west on W. Fairmont Pkwy to the intersection of W. Fairmount Pkwy and Sam Houston Tollway. Western Boundary: From the intersection W. Fairmont Pkwy and Sam Houston Tollway, travel north on Sam Houston Tollway, continue North on Texas 8 Beltway to the intersection of Texas 8 Beltway and I-10. Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):12,574 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total):21 Parking Spaces (Surface):3 reserved spaces for visitors Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved):18 fenced secured parking spaces Full Term:17 Years Firm Term:15 Years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Offered space must contiguous and provide for an efficient layout. Space will consist of 10,074 SF of office and related space, and 2,500 SF of Warehouse space. A separate secure entrance for sensitive law enforcement purposes is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in La Porte, Texas that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
