Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Bureau of The Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) is intending to make a sole source award to the Bernstein Companies, 3299 K St. NW STE 700, Washington, D.C., 20007-4438 for a Purchase Order (PO) for a Base Year plus four 12-month option years for fitness facility, locker room, and break room servicing for the Bureau of the Fiscal Service's Hyattsville, MD location. This award is pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 1901 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and in accordance with the Occupancy Agreement set forth between GSA (building owner) and the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (tenant). Per the Occupancy Agreement, the Bernstein Companies, as the building Lessor, has first right of refusal for all Operation, Management, and Maintenance requirements that directly effect the facility. This posting satisfies the posting requirements stated in FAR Part 13.105(a). Responses to this posting will only be considered as market research for future similar requirements.
