- SOW Appendix C SOW Appendix B SOW Appendix A SOW THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY to gain knowledge of interested qualified vendors that can complete repairs and renovations on the two (2) medical trailers as specified in the attached SOW at the T. Don Hutto Residential Center in Taylor, TX. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specifications. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ/RFP in the future. No award will be made from this Sources Sought Notice/RFI. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, ICE is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals or capability statements. Vendors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ/RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, information will be posted to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Advance Planning Forecast System (APFS) or the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizopps) website. It is the responsibility of potential vendors to monitor APFS or Fedbizopps for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Prospective contractors who are qualified to provide these services are requested to submit a brief capability statement to include contractor's name, address, POC information (name, title, telephone number, email address, etc.), DUNS number, Small Business Classification, pertinent Contract Numbers (past performance) and the applicable NAICS and Product Service Code. Responses and/or Questions Requested information shall be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word for Office and/or Microsoft PowerPoint compatible formats. ICE/OAQ will not provide responses to any comments or questions submitted. Responses are due before November 29th, 2019, at 12:00 pm EST. The total response package shall not exceed 5 pages. Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer, Brittany Tobias via email at Brittany.Tobias@ice.dhs.gov. No hard copy or Facsimile submissions will be accepted and extraneous materials (brochures, etc.) will not be considered. All submissions shall include in the subject line "RFI: IHSC Medical Trailer Repair - (Company's Name)". Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Late submissions will not be considered.
