- Draft Statement of Work - Redacted Please note: This is NOT a request for Quotes or proposals. The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Air Force Test Center is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms capable of providing the following: Balance Service/Calibration NAICS Code: 811219 Work to consist of calibration/balancing of two (2) Gilman/Gisholt Balance machines (NSN J035-03-ENG-SERV) with inspections to occur semi-annually. Service required are: inspection of connectivity, pickups, motor, braking system and photocell sensitivity for dynamic balancing of J85-5 and J85-21 engine compressor and turbine rotor assemblies. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a supplier capability statement, DUNS number, address, point of contact and socio-economic category (i.e., Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HubZone, Women-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business). Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) found at the internet site: http://www.sam.gov. Responses to the notice must be submitted in writing (email) and received no later than 11 Nov 2019 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). A solicitation is not currently available. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government for market research and to make the appropriate acquisition decision. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on FedBizOps (http://www.fbo.gov) at a later date.
