- RFI The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Infrastructure Executive Directorate (IE) is seeking information from industry to assist with the development and planning of a new requirement to provide Technology Refreshment and Implementation Services for the DISA Infrastructure Executive Directorate Technology Refresh Program Office (TR) and IE Defense Information System Network (DISN) Implementation Program Office (IE4). The government is seeking innovative and proactive solutions to increase efficiency, speed to implementation, and decreased costs, as well as predictive and nimble solutions that enable increased speed of service and enhanced customer experiences while supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD customers that consume services from the DoD Information Network (DODIN). This RFI is requesting responses from small businesses including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs).
