Contract is a result of solicitation H92240-19-R-0012. Action was sole-source to Prevailance Inc under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1)), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification and Approval document was posted with the pre-solictation notice and solicitation posting via the FBO website on 02 August 2019 and 19 Augsust 2019 respectively. Base period of performance is for four months, starting 02 November 2019. Contract is able to be extended for an additional six months under the option provision at FAR 52.217-8. Contract value represents the maximum contract value if all periods of performance are exercised.
