- Limited Sources Justification This Limited Sources Justification is in support of Order HS002119F0133, awarded under GSA FSS contract 47QTCA18D00CZ to RBR-Technologies, Inc. (RBR), a service-disabled, Veteran-owned small business, located at 2288 Blue Water Blvd., Suite 322, Odenton, MD, 21113. The statutory authority permitting this action is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), as only RBR is capable of providing the services required at the level of quality required because the services are unique and highly specialized.
