- Network Contracting Activity 8 Service Area Office - East intends to award a Firm Fixed Price service contract for Lab Equipment Maintenance Services for the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Healthcare System. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13 and simplified acquisition procedures applies. Period of performance is 12/01/2019 11/30/2020. The is a base year with four (4) one-year options requirement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a small business size of $22 Million. This solicitation starts 10/31/2019 and will end 11/15/2019 at 4:30 PM EST. Questions are due not later than 11/08/2019 at 4:30 PM EST. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record shall be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications; and SDVOSB/VOSB s shall be certified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov. SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONS This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority; and (4) large business concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. Contractors interested in providing these services should submit their quotes via email to Shirley.courtney@va.gov. Quotes shall be received 11/15/2019 at 4:30 P.M.
