- TITLE: 5342; BELLOW, PROTECTION; WSIC: F PR: 1000082477, ISSUE DATE: 15 NOV 2019; CLOSING DATE: 16 DEC 2019 This solicitation will result in an UNRESTRICTED Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option year. The NSN is 5342-01-431-5234, BELLOW, PROTECTION; P/N: ZFM-1995/285429. The estimated annual quantity is 1,092 units. This is a SOLE SOURCE item. The intended source is Minor Rubber Co, Inc. (CAGE 76385). DLA Aviation may or may not have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer, other than the intended source wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dla.mil/Portals/104/Documents/Aviation/Source%20Approval%20Handbook.pdf. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED using OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This is a Critical Application Item. The following terms apply: FOB: DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance; DESTINATION. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK). Production delivery will be 72 days after date of award. Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 15 November 2019 with a closing date of 16 December 2019.
