- Description
- The Regional Health Contracting Activity-Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC intends to solicit, negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source procedures. This Purchase Order is a supply requirement for Seaspine Orthopedics Cervical Supplies. The physician has determined that the Seaspine Orthopedics Corp., surgical systems will produce the best outcomes for these particular patients. This vendor shall provide implants for The Seaspine Shoreline Anterior Cervical Standalone System which is designed to deliver maximum flexibility and modularity, offering zero- and low-profile plating options, including two, three and four hole variations, as well as 10 and 15 degree lordotic implants. In addition, TruProfile technology offers a low profile plate design at 1.6mm thickness, minimizing the profile on the anterior aspect of the spine and minimizing cephalad caudal encroachment of adjacent segments. These supplies are for the Operating Room/Surgery Department, Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The period of performance is 1 November 2019-30 April 2020.
