- The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price, contract to procure Four Winds Enterprise ‐ Subscription License & Support On‐to include content player(s), set‐up and configuration, and professional services. The contractor will be for one a one year period from 2019 thru 2020. The Sole Source Justification and Authorization (J&A) will be posted upon Award. The 2016 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 511210, the size standard is $41.5M and the FSC is 7030. You must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. You may register at for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
