- The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), on behalf of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of the Inspector General (HUD OIG), intends to contract with InterPark, LLC. on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for 17 reserved parking spaces in Chicago, IL. InterPark, LLC. has been identified as the only source capable of providing the required parking in an arrangement that meets the needs of HUD OIG. Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the HUD OIG, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to: InterPark, LLC. 318 S Federal Street Chicago, IL 60604-3603 The intended period of performance for this requirement is January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2025, inclusive of a 12-month base year and four, 12-month Option Years. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted. Responses to this request shall be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m. ET on November 8, 2019 by email to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, Attn: BGUINN. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered:.bat,.cmd,.com,.exe,.pif,.rar,.scr,.vbs,.hta,.cpl, and.zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All vendors responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. Responses will be shared with the federal government agencies as part of market research for fulfilling future similar requirements.
