- INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a sole source Modification to AT&T and Verizon under order numbers GS00Q13NSA3000-HHSF2232019102005G, and GS00Q13NSA3003 - HHSF223201910007G respectively, for the purpose of adding updated open market Android and Apple devices to their FSS orders. The authority permitting a sole source acquisition is FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement". No solicitation package will be issued on FedBizOpps. This notice of intent to conduct a sole source procurement is not a request for quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than Nov 7, 2019, 10AM EST. Responses shall be submitted to Rodney.walters@fda.hhs.gov and sterlyn.frazier@fda.hhs.gov. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: 1. The name of your company; 2. Company DUNS No.; 3. POC name and contact information; 4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order; and, 5. A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities. The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of having a service capable of meeting the Government's needs.
