- Reminder - Interested vendors must pre-register to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference. See information below: A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 07 November 2019, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. Interested vendors are asked to pre-register no later than close of business on Monday, 04 November 2019. Attendance to the pre-proposal conference is NOT mandatory. The Government will not reimburse for any costs associated with attendance of this conference (e.g., travel). Interested parties shall provide the following information for representatives attending the pre-proposal conference: Company name and size standard Attendee name *Date of birth (DOB) *Driver license number and issue state Email address Phone number *The DOB, driver license number and issue state are not needed if the attendee has a valid Common Access Card or a valid military ID card. Attendees are limited to two representatives per interested offeror.
