- Description
- The acquisition strategy for Scientific Computing Operations, Analysis, and Applications will be Competed using Full & Open Competition in accordance with applicable regulations. In accordance with FAR 19.1307, a HUBZONE pricing preference will be used for evaluation purposes only. There will be at least a 60 day window for proposals to be submitted. For large businesses who will be proposing as prime, a subcontracting plan will be required. For all businesses, a small business participation commitment will be required. Specific percentages will be posted in the final RFP. UPDATE (31 Oct 2019): The final RFP has been delayed. It is anticipated that another draft of the SOW and Sections L & M will be posted by 15 Nov 2019. An antiicipated date for the final RFP will be posted when the draft is posted.
