- Statement of Work/Remanufacture THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS A MARKET SURVEY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. THIS NOTICE SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANY PURPOSE. Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified sources capable of performing the required remanufacture of the assets described below. CLIN 0001 - Remanufacture, Advanced Target Pointer Illuminator Aiming Light (ATPIAL) AN/PEQ-15 Manufacturer - L3 Technologies NSN: 5855-01-577-7174, P/N: 10470C (Tan) NSN: 5855-01-534-5931, P/N: 10470B (Black) Total 5-Year Ordering Period Minimum / Maximum Quantity: 100 / 14,000 Statement of Work is attached. Required Delivery is - Best Practicable Turnaround Time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applied to the requirement is 333314, and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. Any response to this Notice must be received by the closing date and be supported by information clearly indicating the respondent's capability to perform the described service(S) without the Government providing any technical data. Potential sources are invited to provide a capabilities statement via e-mail. The capability statements shall not exceed five (5) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; and 3) Describe their capability to perform the service(s). The information received may be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE THE RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARING OR SUBMITTING A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. THE GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZES THAT PROPRIETARY DATA MAY BE A PART OF YOUR SUBMITTAL. IF SO, CLEARLY MARK SUCH RESTRICTED OR PROPRIETARY DATA AND PRESENT IT AS AN ADDENDUM TO THE NON-RESTRICTED/NONPROPRIETARY INFORMATION. NOTE: Offerors responding to any subsequent solicitation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) https://wawf.eb.mil to be considered for an award.
