- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is DRUMUSMACLSLER0006 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 22020-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339111 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-11-05 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be West Point, NY 10996 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Must meet or exceed the following specifications: Sample Wt Capacity 1000 mg; Dynamic Weighing Range 1000 mg; Weighing Precision 0.01%; Dynamic Baseline Drift (50 to 1,000 C); Signal Resolution 0.002g; Sensitivity 0.1 g (1 ppm). Temperature Range ambient to 1000C; Temperature Accuracy 1 C; Dynamic Temperature Precision 1 C; Isothermal Temperature Precision 0.1 C; Linear Heating Rates 0.1 to 100 C/min in 0.01 C/min increments (standard furnace) and 0.1 to 50 C/min in 0.01 C/min increments (EGA furnace). Furnace Cooling by forced air 1000 C to 50 C in < 12 min. Symmetric Vertical hang-down true mass balance. Either a wire-wound, low mass ceramic furnace or a quartz-lined evolved gas analysis furnace. Gas delivery manifold includes integrated purge gas delivery control. Purge gas flow rate programmable with operating software. Gas delivery control allows for automated switching between the gases during an experiment. Sample pan loader for automatic loading of a single pan. TGA must include high-sensitivity thermobalance. Reactive gas inlet. TGA includes touch screen capable of recalling and running preprogrammed methods, loading, taring, and monitoring running experiment; and communicate with computer/ controller through Ethernet BUS. Data files contain measured sample temperature, not calculated temperature. TGA continuously measures sample weight loss of up to 1 g, and employs single thermocouple design with continuous use of the measured sample temperature. Must employ horizontal purge gas flow. and push button automatic loading and unloading of sample pan. Capable of Curie Point temperature calibration using an external magnet. Must use a vertical null-balance design. Must be well insulated, electrically grounded, separately gas purged, and thermally isolated from the furnace. Software includes automatic buoyancy corrections for temperature and gas flow rate. Data analysis software allows for unlimited installations within one site. Data file format allows transfer of data files as individual electronic documents readable by the same data analysis package. Data analysis program includes pdf generator. Software includes auto-tare feature to tare the pan unattended. TGA employs software-driven position calibration routines. Local control at the module for experiment start/stop and real-time display of sample temperature and experiment status. Automatic recording of initial sample weight. Automated push button taring. One button push loads pan, raises furnace, tares pan, and unloads pan. Ability to continue a run when disconnected from the computer/controller. Ability to use pans up to 250 microliter volume. Instrument comes with computer compatible with operating software and data analysis software. Must come with desktop computer, mouse and monitor. Computer must come preloaded with Windows 10 operating system and all controller and analysis software installed. Instrument power requirement is 120V / 60 Hz. Installation and training must be included. System must include a minimum of 1-year parts and labor warranty. Shipping to 10996 must be included.
