Description

This is a sources sought notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information contractors that can provide Building Safety Inspections for the VA San Francisco Health Care System (SFVAHCS). A draft of the Statement of Work is attached to this notice. We are conducting market research to determine if there are enough qualified vendors to set aside an upcoming solicitation. We are seeking the following categories: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Veteran Owned Small Business All other small business categories The responses from this notice will be used to make the appropriate set aside determination. All interested contractors must respond by email to Angela.Gerlitzki@va.gov before 3:00 P.M. HST on November 11, 2019. Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) Provide DUNS and/or CAGE Code. Provide a capabilities statement. Note: Limitations on subcontracting will apply if this requirement is set-aside for a small business. Solicitation number 36C26120Q0099 has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. Notes: Contractors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
