Exhibit A - 1423 CDRLs Attachment 0003 - AMSTA-1350 Attachment 0004 - Certificate of Destruction Attachment 0001 - Contract Quality Clause Addendum Attachment 0005 - Non-Disclosure Agreement Solicitation (Invitation for Bid) *THIS IS THE OFFICIAL IFB. Please see the solicitation and accompanying attachment.* The Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM-CAS), is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W15QKN-20-B-0001 for the Production of Gas Adsorbent Modules (GAM). The proposed contract strategy will be a Total Small Business Set Aside (SBSA), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.203, which limits competition of the procurement to small businesses within the United States. The United States Government (USG) intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Base contract with four options for the production of Gas Adsorbent Modules covering FY20-FY24 requirements. The award will be based on utilizing an IFB approach. The Government intends to procure up to approximately 285,000 GAM's over the five year contract. This requirement involves technical data marked Distribution D - Distribution authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. Interested firms are required to submit a signed and completed DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, AMSTA-AR Form 1350, Technical Data Request Questionnaire, and Non-Disclosure Agreement for Government's consideration to provide the TDP. There is no information (specifications, drawings, etc.) or material required in the performance of this effort that is considered classified. Contractors shall register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database by accessing the SAM web site at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.
