- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Diego Delineated Area: North: Hwy 52 South: I-8 East: I-15 West: I-5 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 136,575 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 164,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 100 Parking Spaces (Surface): 100 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 100 Reserved for Official, Visitor, and Additional Handicapped Parking Full Term: 20 Firm Term: 15 Option Term: 1 - 5 year renewal option Additional Requirements: Loading dock required and building must have a minimum parking ratio of 4/1000 parking spaces available for exclusive use by the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
