This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06 (effective 10/10/2019). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. This procurement is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be verified in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov ) at the time of the close of the RFQ, at the time of award and be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. Quotes will be considered non-responsive and rejected if the Contracting Officer is not able to verify and view contractor registrations. The VHA Regional Procurement Office, Network Contracting Office-16 intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract to provide all necessary travel, labor, material, supplies, tools, equipment, documentation, and qualified personnel to provide annual inspection of all radiographic equipment at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas as outlined in the performance work statement (PWS). Quote shall be valid 30 days from the close of this RFQ. Questions shall be sent to point of contact listed above by November 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., Central Time. An amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted with all questions and answers. Quotes are due no later than November 15, 2019 by 9:00a.m., Central Time. Period of performance is for one year with four (4), additional one (1)-year option periods to be exercised at the government s discretion.
