- Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition GSA has executed a 5-year lease extension for 46,563 RSF of warehouse space for the Los Angeles Inspection Mail Facility (IMF) in Torrance, CA. The lease extension has been awarded to First Industrial Harrisburg, LP. Commencing November 13, 2019, through November 12, 2024, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $1,020,148.41. Justification of Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) attached.
