- N6893620Q0034 Commercial Solicitation Parts List The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than a full and open competition basis. This requirement is manufacture sole source to various manufacturers (Amphenol, Cannon, Amphenol SINE Systems, Amphenol PCD), with competition among authorized distributors. The Solicitation with complete details will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 11/7/2019. All responsible sources may submit a quote for Solicitation N6893620Q0034, which shall be considered by the agency. Please respond to Andrea McGuire by mail to CDR NAWCWD CODE 254600D, Attn: Andrea McGuire, Andrea.m.mcguire1@navy.mil, 1 ADMINISTRATION CIRCLE, STOP 1303, China Lake, CA 93555-6108, or email to andrea.m.mcguire1@navy.mil. Electronic delivery of quotation is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number before the registration will be activated. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
