- The US Army, Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed contract with H&E Equipment Services, Inc. located in Baton Rouge, LA on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source, for the Certification and Repair of Manitowoc Dragline Crane 723 and Crane 724. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a SBA size standard of $8,000,000.00. The anticipated award date is on or about 06 December 2019. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses received by 10 am CST on 15 November 2019 will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services/supplies.
