- Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veteran Affairs plans on awarding a sole source requirement to Regents of University of California, UCSD for MEG Analysis Hours and Neurobehavioral Analysis Hours for Principal Investigator. This service will include MEG analysis (processing data from tasks such as Resting State, Working Memory N-back, and Go/No-Go sessions will occur. Further analysis, including signal preprocessing to remove artifacts, structural MRI and MEG-MRI registration, Boundary Element Method (BEM) forward calculation, MEG source magnitude imaging fast Vector-based Spatio-Temporal Analysis using an L1-minimum-norm (fast-VESTAL), as well as statistical analysis on Regions of Interest and Functional Connectivity) and neurobehavioral analysis (correlating psychometric data from standardized testing with MEG performance [data from Resting State, Working Memory N-back, and Go/No-Go sessions], statistical analysis of neurobehavioral data with MEG, developing neuropsychological tasks designed for use in MEG, and management of data quality activities).
