- Amendment 2 to Pre-Solicitation Notice: Solicitation Number FA252119BA022 is cancelled. A new Pre-Solicitation notice will be posted for this project (SXHT 11-1055-Repair/Replace Lift Stations, PAFB) under solcitation number FA252120B0001 after November 12, 2019. Amendment 1 to Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number FA252119BA022 has been changed to Solicitation Number FA252120B0001 due to change in Fiscal Year. The Invitation For Bid (IFB) is expected to be available on or about November 8, 2019 and will be posted under the solicitation number FA252120B0001. All other information in this Presolicitation Notice remains unchanged. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is NOT a request for proposal or invitation for bid. The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the anticipated release of Solicitation number FA252120B0001 being issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation document. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This IFB is being set aside to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns; all others will be deemed non responsive. Contract award will be based on FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. An award will be made to the responsible bidder (IAW FAR 9.104-1) whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website at www.fbo.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Project Title : Repair Lift Station Pumps Bldgs. 650 and 1497 & Replace Lift Station Bldg. 943, PAFB, FL Project Number : SXHT 11-1055 Place of Performance : Patrick Air Force Base, Florida 32925 Brief Description of Work : The work to be performed under this project consists of providing all the labor, equipment, materials and management necessary to repair sanitary sewer main lift station pumps and valves by replacement at Buildings 650 and 1497, including a variable speed drive controller system at 1497 and total replacement of the Tides Club exterior site Lift Station 943 with piping connections. Period of Performance: 120 calendar days, to begin 10 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NTP to be issued within 30 days after award. Magnitude of Construction : IAW FAR 36.204: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Additional Information : The applicable NAICS code is 237110, Water & Sewer Line & Related Structures Construction. Size Standard: $39.5M. The acquisition will be a competitive set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at https://www.fbo.gov. The IFB is expected to be available on or about November 8, 2019. This project will have a Pre-Bid site visit. This acquisition is being issued under FAR 19.805 Competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside and will be solicited via Invitation for Bid (IFB). Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: http://www.sam.gov). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System. Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site: https://wawf.eb.mil for registration. All responsible sources may submit bids which will be considered by the 45th Space Wing. ***** Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this IFB until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this IFB, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.*****
