- ATTCH C - Pricing Template ATTCH B - Statement of Work ATTCH A - Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for which proposals are being requested. (i) The solicitation number for this requirement is 70B02C20Q00000016 and is announced as a request for quotation (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. (iii) There is no small business set-aside restriction related to this requirement. This solicitation provides for full and open competition. (iv) The CLIN schedule is provided with the pricing template attached to this announcement. See attachment C, 70B02C20Q00000016 Pricing Template. The pricing template shall be completed and submitted with the offerors quotation submission. Please also see the instructions to offerors found in attachment A, Solicitation Document 70B02C20Q00000016. (v) Description of requirement: In support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP), Directive NO. 51410-023 Physical Fitness Program's (Pilot) goal to create and support a culture within CBP where physical fitness is promoted across CBP, the Office of Acquisition (OA) and United Stated Border Patrol (USBP) seeks a contract with a fitness center to support and promote employees health and wellness. The contractor shall provide access to physical fitness facilities for CBP/OA/USBP uniformed service and government personnel assigned to 1901 South Bell Street, Arlington, VA 22202 (Crystal City Area Location Only). If contractors have other facilities in the National Capital Region, personnel will be encouraged to visit those locations primarily during non-working hours, but the primary emphasis for this procurement will be on the fitness center location or locations with accessibility to employees whose work location is at 1901 South Bell Street, Arlington, VA 22202. The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract with an award term of one (1) 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option periods for a possible contract length of 5 years. The Government will not purchase individual memberships. Rather, the Government will purchase unlimited access for active members and will pay the same price every month, regardless of the number of active members. See attachment B, Fitness Center Statement of Work, to see all performance requirement. (vi) Period of Performance: Base Period: November 22, 2019 - November 21, 2020 Option Period 1: November 22, 2020 - November 21, 2021 Option Period 2: November 22, 2021 - November 21, 2022 Option Period 3: November 22, 2022 - November 21, 2023 Option Period 4: November 22, 2023 - November 21, 2024 (vii) See Attachment A, Solicitation Document 70B02C20Q00000016, for all applicable contract terms and conditions, and solicitation instructions and provisions. (viii) Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal no later than 3:00 PM EST, Thursday, November 14th, 2019 to Joshua Bedregal at joshua.bedregal@cbp.dhs.gov. All questions shall be sent to Joshua Bedregal at the e-mail address stated herein. The deadline for questions is 5PM EST, Tuesday, November 12th, 2019. If necessary, all questions will be answered in a follow-up Q&A document which will be attached to this announcement with a solicitation amendment.
