- PRE-SOLICITATION WAS MODIFIED TO REFLECT CHANGE IN INSPECTION ACCEPTANCE TO DESTINATION AND UNRESTRICTED AND THE DATE OF SOLICITATION Solicitation for End Item: H-60 AIRCRAFT ARMAMENT EQUIPMENT, NSN 6695-01-665-9760, PR 0077887059, Transducer, Motional with P/N 025838-01. This is a UNRESTRICTED, firm fixed price definite quantity, acquisition for 495 each. This is a Source Controlled Item; Critical Application Item; NAICS 334519. Potential source: FLUID COMPONENTS INTER NATIONAL LLC, CAGE 64818. FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance DESTINATION. Delivery Schedule: 292 days ADO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal. Please submit offers to fax # (804) 279-4404. OFFERS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 12 NOVEMBER 2019. The closing date will be on or about 13 DECEMBER 2019. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000, a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Substantial Plan will be required with the offer in order to receive an award. Regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM Registration is at HTTP://WWW.SAM.GOV. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) Package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for future procurements.
