- 2. Directions to Mallette Hall Auditorium 1. APG S3CoE RSVP Form Synopsis: The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC- APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host its FY 20 Q~1 symposium entitled Intellectual Property (IP) in Federal Acquisitions on 11 December 2019, at Mallette Hall Auditorium, 6008 Jayhawk Drive, Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD 21005. The purpose of the symposium is to afford our Industry and Government partners an opportunity to discuss some of the IP benefits and challenges in federal acquisitions; in support of our initiative to strengthen Industry and Government collaboration. This event is open to Industry and Government personnel and not related to specific requirements. Agenda •Welcome •Define Intellectual Property (IP) in Federal Acquisitions •Discuss IP Myths and Trends in Federal Acquisitions •Discuss Potential New Avenues in Federal Acquisitions Data/Software Escrow Accounts  Multi-Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) •Panel~ Audience Discussion •Closing Remarks The RSVP deadline date to attend the symposium is 6 December 2019; please send RSVP requests to the APG S3CoE email address usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.acc-apg-s3coe@mail.mil The symposium slides, questions, answers and summary will be posted on beta.SAM.gov after the symposium for personnel unable to attend. Date and Time: 11 December 2019, 9-11:00 am; doors will open at 8:15 am and the symposium will commence promptly at 9 am. The Government will not provide reimbursement for any costs incurred to participate in this event as a panel or audience member.
