Description

Price certification BAA Certification Terms and conditions Reps and certs rider SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory has a requirement for the items listed below: 1.) Testing cabinets for use with the Biologic Testers (128 channels) -- QTY. 1 LOT 2.) Equipment, Parts, and Supplies for the testing cabinets -- QTY. 1 LOT Quote is for product only no on-site services of any kind permitted. Payment Terms: NET 30 Buy American Act Certification (BAA) applies to item(s) that are over $10,000/unit Representations & Certifications Rider is required for this purchase. All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Do you have a published price list available to the general public for these items that you can forward me? Otherwise, please provide price certification letter for price justification (see sample letter attached). The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory Terms and Conditions for Fixed Price Commercial Supplies and Services (Rev. December 2016) will be made a part of the resulting order. Freight terms will be FOB Destination Prepaid and Add You are requested to mark and identify proprietary/confidential information provided in response to the solicitation.
