- Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Troop Appliance Maintenance and Repair, JBLM Complete Sources Sought Notice for Troop Appliance Maintenance and Repair, JBLM The Mission & Installation Contracting Command office at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement provide services for inspection, maintenance, installation, disconnection, and repair of specified appliances; and dryer vent system maintenance and cleaning in Government facilities, primarily Unaccompanied Housing (UH) located within Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).
