- Pre-Solicitation: This notice announces the intent of the Department of Veterans Affairs, 2875 Union Road, Suite 3500 Cheektowaga, NY 14227 to issue a solicitation for one individual to perform services for the Historic American Building Survey, located in Canandaigua NY. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Solicitation will be set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. Services to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541720 with a size standard of $20.5 Million. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued electronically on November 14, 2019 at http://www.fbo.gov under solicitation number 36C24220Q0090. Formal quotes will be due to the Contract Specialist NLT Thursday December 12, 2019, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). To be eligible for contract award, responding contractors must be verified as a WOSB under the applicable NAICS code listed above.
