The following is summary of work contemplated under this solicitation. Work is located at the Pierre Field Office at 810 West Fifth Street in Pierre, South Dakota. The principal components of work to be performed include the following: Remove and replace HVAC system. Remove and replace ceiling tiles. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This requirement is solicited as a/an Request for Quotation (RFQ) using the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Bureau of Reclamation anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $25,000 and $100,000 METHOD OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTES: See Section L of the forthcoming Solicitation. BUSINESS SIZE COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS: This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors).
