(RSF):158,000 rentable Space Type:VA Mental Health Out-Patient Clinic and Domiciliary Parking Spaces (Total):800 spaces, high public access (surface/structured) Full Term:240 months (20 years) Firm Term:240 months (20 years) Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements:Please reference RLP package for additional requirements GSA is seeking Offerors to propose space for lease to be used as a Mental Health Outpatient Clinic and Domiciliary by the Department of Veterans Health Affairs. The solicitation will be conducted using a Two Phase Design Build Selection Procedure. Phase 1 - shall consist of an evaluation of the offeror's experience and past performance, project staffing, design philosophy and approach. The Government shall select no more than five (5) of the most highly qualified teams to proceed to the second phase. Phase 2 - Offerors proceeding to the second phase shall submit a full technical offer and price proposal, including a review of the site or building proposed by the Offeror. Offered space must meet Government requirements including fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Additional details will be provided in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package after the Expressions of Interest are received.
