- Attachment 3 - Information Sheet Attachment 2 - Virginia Per Diem Rate Sheet Attachment 1 - Draft Performance Work Statement Sources Sought Notice The purpose of this synopsis is to identify potential Small Business establishments interested and capable of fulfilling Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements (see attached PWS). Requirements include, but are not limited to, 325 - 375 Hotel Rooms per night, Meeting Spaces to accommodate approximately 600-700 participants, Meal/Snacks to accommodate approximately 600-700 participants, Audio-Visual Equipment, Parking Area(s), and preferably transportation/shuttle services to/from local airport.
