- This procurement will be issued as 100 % Small business Set-Aside, utilizing Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year options. The part being procured is Parts Kit, Constant for NSN 1650-00-302-3093. Estimated Annual Quantity of 432 each. The required delivery schedule is 184 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation issue date is 25 NOVEMBER 2019. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
