- 4. Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement (PWS) 3. Solicitation SF 1449 (FA520920Q0006) 2. Notice to Offerors 1. Government Policy Letter Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Movement of Government Furniture and Appliances at U.S. Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi, Japan as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in compliance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. Expected Performance Period: 01 Jan 2020 through 31 Dec 2020 with four (4) one-year ordering periods (Subject to change) Pre-proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 10:00 AM on 19 Nov 2019 at the 374th Contracting Squadron, Bldg. 620, Yokota Air Base. All offerors who are interested in this requirement are encouraged to participate in this pre-proposal conference. Please submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3 persons) to Mr. Yuma Kato by e-mail at yuma.kato.jp@us.af.mil by 02:00 PM on 15 Nov 2019. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Those who need an escort are required to come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 09:30 AM on 19 Nov 2019. You must bring the proper identification ((1) Passport, (2) Driver's License & original Residence Certificate that shows Permanent Address and is within 6 months from issuance, (3) Juki-net card, and/or (4) My Number Card with photo). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base. The Government will not provide any transportations to participants. Offer Due Date: 09 DEC 2019, 10:00 AM (Japan time) NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
