Sources Sought- Cabinet Mount Dental Monitor Arms for the St. Cloud VA Health Care SystemNAICS Code: 339114Notice Type: Sources SoughtThis is a Request for Information (RFI) only; it is not a request for quotations or offers. 52.215-3 -- Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997)(a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.(b) Although proposal and offeror are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.(c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of conducting market research to identify potential sources for a potential procurement of Cabinet Mount Dental Monitor Arms for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System located in St. Cloud, MinnesotaSpecifications: Cabinet Mount Dental Monitor Arms with InstallationQuantity: 7 Each Primary arm shall be 34 and secondary arm shall be 23 Base Color WhiteAdjustable height Mount must hold minimum of 20 lbs.Utilize a 75mm or 100mm VESA pattern mount in cabinet Installation requirements:Installation will occur during business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pmInstall arms in cabinet mount Assembly of all items per factory specifications Anchoring of all items per factory specifications Provide calibration and function testing of equipmentRemove of all trash to include all packaging materials Provide service manual to include part list and standard manufacturer warranty This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation.
