Description

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational purposes only. Letterkenny Army Depot is conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested certified 8(a) contractors to perform Minor Alteration/Construction, Maintenance, Repair and Miscellaneous Engineering Support under a single award JOC. Period of performance will be for five years (base year and four option years).If your company is interested in participating, please respond to the questions below.1. Do you currently hold a Secret Facility clearance and have construction experience?2. How many personnel do you have with a Secret security clearance?3. How many simultaneous construction projects have you done per year over the past 3 years?4. How many of the above projects were done as a prime contractor? How many as a subcontractor?5. What is the average number of construction projects you have done per year over the past 3 years?6. What is your total performance and payment bonding capacity over the past 3 years?7.
