V1.0 4-1680NSSC20Q0101Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for CQ Roll Call Renewal.NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Fiscalnote, Inc., address: 1201 PENNSYLVANIAAVE NW STE 600 City: WASHINGTON State/Province: DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ZIP Code: 20004-2460Country: UNITED STATES, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined thatFiscalnote, Inc. is the sole provider of CQ Roll Call Renewal.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/Headquarters (HQ).The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses andprocedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.The NAICS Code for this procurement is 518210.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort inwriting to the identified point of contact not later than 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time onNovember 20, 2019. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
