PRESOLICITATION NOTICE36A77620Q0032_1Omaha Activation Project #99 Patient Warming SystemsThe Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System (VA NWIHCS) has a requirement for Cincinnati Sub-Zero Patient Warming Systems as part of the initial outfitting of the newly constructed Omaha Ambulatory Care facility. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b).The solicitation will be issued as an oral Request for Quotes (RFQ). Please find attached the approved brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii), the final Statement of Work (SOW).To submit a quote in response to this notice, please send a quote to the Contract Specialist Bernadette Bodzenta Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov no later than Tuesday December 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM (Eastern). Questions of a technical nature will not be answered as part of this notice; however, all general questions may be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email at Bernadette.Bodzenta@va.gov .
