Description

AMENDMENT NO. 01 IS BEING ISSUED DUE TO A CHANGE IN PROCUREMENT REQUIREMENTS. SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT 01 FOR DETAILS.PROPOSAL DUE DATE REMAINS THE SAME ON DECEMBER 2, 2019.SLAC seeks vendors that can provide Two (2) each of a Soft X-ray High Resolution Detector Systems with an option to purchase up to four (4) additional systems. The Detector department at LCLS is implementing a strategic initiative to develop new detectors for LCLS ll. The first of these tools is a Detector for High-resolution RIXS system that has an adequate resolving power to support important scientific experiments yet is small and light weight enough to be mounted on different end stations. INTERESTED VENDORS ARE TO SUBMIT THEIR PROPOSAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ATTACHED SLAC RFP 305369(LL) AND IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS AN "INTERESTED PARTY" VIA THE FBO PORTAL.PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA ELECTRONIC MAIL TO LLADAO@SLAC.STANFORD.EDUTHE RFP CLOSING DATE IS DECEMBER 2, 2019
